How should I measure to get the correct size?

To get the correct size bandana please follow these tips:

	Bandanas are meant to sit on top of the fur not under the fur as a collar would.
	Measure around the dog's neck on top of the fur in the position you want the bandana to sit.
	You may have to add a "fur allowance" to ensure a good fit.
	Usually the bandana will sit lower on the neck than a collar would.
	You can always make a bandana fit smaller by tying a loose knot before you fasten the Velcro but if the bandana is too small you can't make it bigger.
	Service dog bandanas in small sizes may not have room for the side writing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All the bandanas are custom made to each customer's specifications.  Shipping usually takes 7 - 10 business days by regular mail. Although orders often arrive more quickly, you should allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order.  It is not possible to ship orders overnight.  If you require a rush delivery please email in advance to see if your timeline is possible.  Orders are shipped to the address provided by PayPal unless you advise us to send it to an alternate address.

What is the return policy?

Bandanas are carefully made to the sizes indicated for each order. If an error is made and the bandana is not the size specified in the order then it may be returned.  If the bandana does not fit because the wrong size was ordered by the customer then it can not be returned. Please be sure to measure carefully.  Personalized bandanas as well as those styles with names added are not returnable.

Can I change something about the design?

Yes you can customize any design.  Just contact us before you order to confirm that your design is possible to make and for pricing details.  There are some colors available that are not listed on the drop down lists so if you need a specific color combination in mind please feel free to ask for it.
